Say Nothing

Your arms,

Will you reach them out,

So that I can feel what you long for?

I crave to know,

Crave to feel your contrast,

What differs from what lies upon my heart;

As coal full of fire from moss filled with rain

We, alike, can listen,

Though we, alike,

Cannot both speak,

Or we would hear nothing

But, when my heart stills

I can sense your movements,

Of speech,

Oral,

Your longings

And then eyes,

Shooting through with blue light,

Dance upon the shadows

That linger inside of me

We, in symmetry,

Becoming one

In unison,

Our heavy hearts together,

They become lighter

And in the shadows,

As I pull your spirit to mine,

Light is shed

Upon my silence, upon my voice

But still, alone,

I remain alone,

And I wait to hear your voice,

So I watch you closely,

Observing, feeling, loving,

Waiting
