The stones are alive

They can awaken and speak

They are old, it can feel scary

Or intense, psychotic almost

But they are patient and intelligent

Harmless and powerful

I see them come alive

They are real, it is real

They hold wisdom

They tell story

They speak

And I listen

I love the stones

Semiprecious stones

And rocks of all sizes

Indescript, almost plain

I find all rocks beautiful

I have favorite rocks

They are all around me

Rocks I have chosen and gathered

They are my friends

They ground me

And comfort me

They are sentient

They have much to teach

Thank you stone

The Flicker is a totem, a bird

I have found several feathers

They are sacred

To indigenous people

And they represent the feminine

Wisdom, female healing,

Mothering,

And warrior energy,

They provide protection

They live on the earth

And in the sky

Representing

Transcendance, transformation

They are related to the

Woodpecker

Their feathers are bright orange

Like fire, or a sunset

The feathers are sacred

As are all feathers

They have medicine

They instruct and guide

The Flicker helps me

It is my inner fighter

It is my inner mother

I find home and protection

I find the strength to defend

I find a resource of energy

And spirit, that I hold

That protects me

My inner warrior

On a spiritual quest

To find myself

And Moon

Moon is subconscious

Deep inner knowing

Realizing and integrating

The deepest parts of our

Souls and identities

Our secrets, our dreams

A knowing

Earthly, heavenly

The moon teaches and guides

It is eighteen, two nines

And one and eight

Add up to nine

Nine is the hermit

And is also about self

Inner discovery

And contemplation

Moon is my name

A totem and name I have chosen

To guide me to inner

Understanding and knowledge

To know myself

And to see myself

In clarity like water

I must find my

Authentic self

I must learn all who I

Was meant to be

To realize my destiny

By digging deep

By deep realization

By recovery and healing

Integration,

Healing my inner psyche

The moon helps me do this
