I like myself

The sky is large and can hold me

My thoughts, my dreams

My pain, sorrow, grief

I love myself

The earth can support me

My fears, my hopes

My longing, love, and will

I accept myself

The Ocean is not too large to swim across

The rivers can lead me onward

The rain water my thoughts and wishes

I know myself

The wind will listen to me

The air I breathe will teach me

Too be present, heard, and spoken

I am alive

Fire will warm my bones

Calm me, hug me, and soothe me

It will feed my spirit to be one

With all that is

Within and without
